We want every AMAL piece to feel right. If something isn’t, here’s exactly how we make it easy, clear terms, no runaround.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags attached and in original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept items showing signs of wear, deodorant marks, perfume, or makeup residue. Please try garments on carefully before removing tags.

How to Start a Return

with your order number
and reason for return.

Get confirmation

Our team confirms
eligibility and shares the
return address or
arranges pickup.

Pack it up

Securely repackage the
item in its original
packaging with tags
attached.

We process it

Once received and
inspected (1–2 business
days), your refund or
exchange is on its way.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Paying with Tabby or Tamara?

Refunds are processed through the provider following their standard timelines. Any completed instalments are refunded to your original payment method directly by Tabby or Tamara.
Exchanges
Want a different size? We’ll do our best to help, subject to availability. If your preferred size is unavailable, we can process a refund instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
