Eligibility

Products & Pricing

• All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product without notice.
• Prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams) and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
• We make every effort to display colours and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings, fabric batches, or manual or production processes (e.g., screen printing).
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order is placed, and will notify you before processing if this affects your order.

Orders & Payment

• By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (e.g., in cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability).
• We accept payment via [credit/debit card, Tabby, Tamara, and other listed methods]. Buy-now-pay-later options (Tabby/Tamara) are subject to those providers' own terms and eligibility checks.
• Full payment is required at checkout unless using an approved instalment provider.
• We reserve the right to cancel or deny any order at any time, that we reasonably suspect involves fraud, unauthorized or fraudulent use of a payment method, or other suspicious activity.

Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship to [UAE / GCC / list regions]. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
• Shipping fees, if any, are displayed at checkout before payment.
• Delays due to customs, courier issues, or circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility, though we will assist where possible.

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
• Final sale / non-returnable items (if any, e.g., discounted items) will be clearly marked at time of purchase.
• To initiate a return, contact us at hello@amalstylehub.com with your order number.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 15 working days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion.

User Conduct

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to submit false or misleading information when placing an order.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMAL Style Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased, beyond the value of the order in question.
